MIND launch Mental Health guide to support the return to play

Guidance for supporting the mental health of sports staff, coaches, volunteers and participants has today been launched by mental health charity, MIND.
The downloadable document has been created to offer guidance, good practice, tools and insight that supports the mental health of anyone working, volunteering and participating in sport and physical activity.
It’s free and can be downloaded here.
